Brief Answer:

Rather a lot of choices.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

But with cancer, then the regulations and medications are quite different in the US. This would be an indication for HOSPICE. This is fairly unlimited and covers medication costs.

Alternatively, long acting morphine and oxycodone is not that expensive.

I have one patient on addiction treatment and methadone who has cancer.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
