Question: Suffering from Stomach cramps, growling sounds, gas/bloating, palpitations on the left side of abdomen after taking lunch for the last few months. Pls suggest any medicine /treatment.

Using omez 20 twice daily. After lunch palpitations stopped. For how many days i need to take it? Sometimes I feel light pain in esopaghus area and abdomen. Is it good to use Dabur Gastrina or Himalaya gasex along with Omez 20.
