Question : I have many medium size skin tags (not warts) around the arm pit area and very small ones around the neck. Are there any authentic skin tag removal methods/medicines/devices that I can get at a pharmacy?

Hi,

There are no oral and topical medicines that will help in treating skin tags.

These need to be removed either by electrocautery or excised.
These are minor office procedures requiring a few minutes.
