Question : What medicine i take for relief from cold and cough

I have a cold last 15 day but last 7 day happening when my right side nose blocked then my right side headache happen and wise warsa

Hi,

For cold and nose block, you can take Levocet 5 mg once a day at bedtime. Mild headache could be due to cold, but if the headache is severe, you can take Paracetamol 650mg. Avoid cold and frozen foods. Salt water gargling with warm water.
