Question : Dear Dr. Please find medical test reports of my wife. Kindly let me know any abnormalities and what medicines should be taken to normalize it. Thanks, Hatim
Brief Answer:
She has hyperthyroidism!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have reviewed all three reports attached. Your wife has hyperthyroidism which shows as low levels of TSH. She needs to see an endocrinologist to establish the cause and treat accordingly. If she is on any thyroid medications, let me know.
Hyperthyroidism manifests with signs and symptoms such as irritability, excessive sweating, heat intolerance, diarrhea, weight loss, anxiety, rapid heart beat, palpitation, etc. If she has any of these, then this is even more likely.
I hope this helps and guides. .I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.

Dear Dr. Ivo, Thank you very much for your help. No she is not on any medications. She is very weak, gets tried, and had excessive weight loss. We will see an Endocrinologist soon. Do you recommend any additional tests? Thank you very much for everything. Kind regards, Hatim
Brief Answer:
T4 levels!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will love to see the T4 levels. If you are doing so, it doesn't hurt repeating TSH and T4.
I wish you well. My regards to your wife.
