Question : Having problems urinating Have to go but only little urine flow and hospitalized for kidney infection over a week ago.

As per your symptoms the possibility of residual urinary tract infection is still very high.

It's advisable to consider ultrasound abdominal scan and urinary culture and sensitivity testing to determine the right choice of antibiotics to treat
