Brief answer....try green tea extract
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Most of the fat burners available in market are stimulant based containing  excess amount of caffeine.Since you are taking anti depressants, consumption of these fat burners can make you react really very badly. It can precipitate attacks of anxiety and severe palpitations in you.
Safest for you ,in my opinion, would be green tea extract which should not cause any problem to you however, your treating doctor would be the best person to guide you in this matter.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

I don't mean any disrespect however the green tea approach is very weak, quite literally I have taken it plus raspberry and others to try and naturally loose weight and I just gain. I need a thermogenic like body builders use to burn it,but I don't have the money to buy it even if I knew where to get it.

Are there ANY products out there you have heard that work......flushed and palps I can take, will think about the depression aspect of things but I am desperate to loose it.... Any thoughts please

Hello,
You are absolutely right about green tea extract. It is definitely having a weak effect.
You may try PHEN 375.
It can cause increase in heart rate, increase of blood pressure, sleeplessness etc.
It should not be used by people suffering from diabetes, hypertension etc.
Although not a FDA approved drug and not an OTC product,it is available online and costs less than 4 dollars a day.
However I would advise you to use this product only after discussing with your treating doctor and taking his approval.
Thanks
