Brief Answer:
Pancreas.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for posting your query.

There are two types of amylases, one is salivary amylase and other is pancreatic amylase, the salivary amylase is produced by the salivary glands (Parotid), and pancreatic amylase is produced by the pancreas.

Lipase is produced by the pancreas only.

I hope this answers your query.

Kind regards.
