Question : Please find attached ECG and confirm the diagnosis with opinion
Brief Answer
Need further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to ask a doctor service. After going through the ecg image attached by you and taking into consideration the age of the patient I would like to to tell you that there are ST T changes in the ECG which are suggestive of myocardial ischemia.
For this patient it’s advisable to get an echocardiography and a stress test done to rule out underlying coronary artery disease.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
