Question : 60 YRS MALE,PLEASE CONFIRM THE ECG REPORT ATTACHED.
Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After reviewing the ECG report attached by you I would like to tell you that there is prolonged PR interval which signifies 1 degree AV block. Although the chances of progression of 1st degree to high grade Av block requiring a pacemaker is very less but requires evaluation.
An echocardiogram and a Holter monitoring is advisable.
