Question : I have got neck sprain on the right side, possibly due to wrong sleeping position or while performing stretching exercises.
I am looking for over the counter medicine that i can use to subside the pain.

Actually there are prescription medicines which give early relief in this scenario. Over the counter medicine does not help but you can try HIFENAC-P tablet, twice a day after meal. Take CHYMORAL Forte tablet twice a day. You can continue use DICLOWIN gel and hot bag.

Let me know if this does not help even after two doses. I can suggest you something else.
