I got recently married and exploring for pills based family planning options like ovary contraceptive pills.
Wanted to know if they are safe to use and if yes , please suggest prescription for same.
Moreover , If they are to be taken along with some Vitamin supplements.

Oral contraceptive pills are well tolerated and have minimal side effects. You can take XXXXXXX or DRONIS 30 pill (4 th generation) for lesser side effects from day 5 of your period.

You should start new pack of oral contraceptive pill from day 5 of period and continue for 21 days with same time. After that, you should give a break of 7 days for getting period. After period, you can start a new pill pack again from day 5 and continue same.
