Question : What are the precautions do we need to take after a day 3 embryo transfer in IVF?
What food we need to eat?Any other things that can be done to improve implantation?

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) There is no restriction on food.

2) You can eat any food you like.

3) You dont lift any heavy weights. Avoid it.

4) Avoid traveling for long distances.

5) Drink more water and keep yourself hydrated.

6) Have frequent small meals.

7) make sure you include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

8) Rest and sleep as much as you can.

Implantation as sch may not be improved by change of food or life style apart from what i mentioned above.

Continue taking medicines as prescribed by your IVF specialist. They will help you in supporting pregnancy and increasing implantation.
