What Pregnancy Test Should Be Done When One Misses Their Period And The OTC Kit Showed Negative Result?

Question: My wife missed her period in September .We did pregnancy tests twice using over the counter kit and both came negative. Her last period was on 5th August and follows a 28-30 day cycle. Can you please advise any other tests. She is 40 years old.

We have one son - 7 years old. Yes, it's the first time she has missed her period. Also, we are trying to have a second child. I am attaching the reports of the tests you recommended along with a beta HCG report someone else recommended
