Detailed Answer:
There is no major problem if testosterone is accidentally injected into an artery during standard injection procedure ie in the muscle.
Muscles have small arteries, capillaries and veins that carry blood. If testosterone enters any of these in the muscle it is not a major problem. Although, it will get absorbed more rapidly into the blood stream but the only consequence of that will be a quicker rise in blood levels which will even out in the course of ensuing hours.
