Early puberty or precocus puberty can cause some problems in younger boys and girls such as:

1.Psychological problem
2.Physical problem(early underarm and pubic hair,early breast development)

But more important is to determine the cause of early puberty ,because it may be peripheral, It's usually a local problem with the ovaries, testicles, adrenal gland, or a severely underactive thyroid gland.
