Brief Answer:
The answer is yes for all the three questions

Detailed Answer:
Hi....The answer is yes for all the three questions.

1. You can give dry fruits in diet, it will help in weight gain and is proteinaceous.

2. The powder you are suggesting is good. But do not give too much of ragi as it can cause constipation.

3. you can give this before going to bed...no problem.

Thank you Doctor for your prompt response.
i believe none of the dry fruits like cashew, almonds, walnuts, pista and peanuts cause constipation.
further, my daughter is 12.5 Kgs only. however, she is active and all.
I believe the weight is fine or is there any way to increase her weight

Brief Answer:
Suggetions on weight and food

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Greetings from XXXXXXX

A 2.6 year old kid weighing 12.5 kilos is doing excellently well. I can say superb.

The nuts would not constipation if not given too much.

The weight is excellent and there is no need to increase the weight further. Only good nutritious food like what you have planned can increase the weight.

There are no medicines to increase the weight and appetite without side effects.

I wish your kid a very bright future. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link. Once the page opens there will be an option below my image as – ASK ME A QUESTION – click on it. Please find the link below -
