I can understand your situation.
Do you get severe pain in every periods or it started recently.?
Is the bleeding excessive ?
Is the cycles are regular?
If you are having pain in every cycle ,need to have a gynaec check up to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease or endometriosis.
For this cycle you can take mefanamic acid 500 MG 3 times if you are not allergic.
