Report is alright
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have carefully gone through the echocardiogram report and am pleased to tell you that it’s absolutely normal.
Echocardiography is basically an ultrasound of the heart for the evaluation of structural and functional aspect. It basically tell how’s the pumping capacity, is there any structural defects or is there any leakage in the valves of the heart. In your case every aspect of the echo study is well within normal limits.
However, as you are experiencing left shoulder discomfort I would like to suggest you to personally consult a cardiologist for proper physical examination and also some other tests might be required like STRESS test to unmask any underlying heart issues.
I I would like to know if you have any other associated medical conditions like diabetes or thyroid dysfunction or family history of heart disease as all these factors increases the possibility of having a heart disease thereby requiring more detailed evaluation.
I hope this information will guide you properly. Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts.

Family history of heart disease. I was giving the corus cad blood test and they said I don’t have cad. I just have borderline cholesterol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per the details provided by you and taking into consideration your negative Corus test as well as nuclear stress test the possibility of having an obstructive coronary artery disease is minimal.
So it’s advisable that you just maintain a healthy lifestyle by practising healthy eating habits and going for a morning walk daily for at least 30 mins a day.
As you have mentioned that you have some sort of burning sensation so it’s advisable to take a proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole for 10 days after getting a written prescription from your physician.
Hope to have been helpful.
