Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Visiting an ENT doctor will be the best solution to resolve this issue, to check for possible polyps or other pathologies causing this frequent congestion.
Now you may use antihistamines such loratadine twice daily, also decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine .
You can also use beclametasone nasal spray .
Using prednisone can be helpful if the other drugs don't help .
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
