Brief Answer:
Vaginal yeast infection likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
A white cottage cheese like discharge with itching is suggestive of a vaginal yeast infection. This needs a vaginal pessary like Candid to be inserted vaginally for six days. You can get this over the counter at all the pharmacies. Also try to keep the area clean and dry. In case the discharge is persistent then you need to consult your gynecologist for stronger prescription medicines.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
