Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I will like to know how far apart were these doses. We generally do not issue doses more than 400mg/day. Main side effects are increased drowsiness and somnolence. As long as you are awake and do not have ant of these at this time, be calm and monitor. Also, there would be less effects from the additional dose if the interval between the two is sufficiently long.

I will guide on when to take the next dose as soon as I hear back from you.
