I don't think that it can be a good idea to change lorazepam with ibuprofen. They are completely different classes for medications.
Lorazepam is benzodizepine used for anxiety and insomnia while ibuprofen is a pain killer. If you feel drowsy and sleepy at day you can reduce the dosage to 0.5 mg of lorazepam daily.
