Question : So I had a baby in Febuary and haven't had a period, I had sex once but I've took about 10 pregnancy tests since then all were negative. I also haven't had sex again since then and that's been 2 almost 3 months ago since I was supposed to have my period.

If you are feeding your baby, you have some natural protection. Also, attainment of natural menstruation after delivery is usually seen in 2 or 3 months and not immediately.

As such, your chances of conception are very low. However, if you have any more doubts, you can get the estimation of serum beta-hCG titers to confirm/exclude pregnancy. Further management can be planned accordingly.
