Question : I had sex with someone who i later (48hrs) found out was hiv +. I went to the local Emergency room and was prescribed PEP. I also had sex with someone a week later who I found out had sex with someone who also had sex with that HIV + person. Would the PEP I was already on work as PREP in this case? What should I do????

I read your query and here is my advice.

You had sex with a HIV positive person and started PEP and while on therapy you again had sex with a high risk person for HIV.
I think you should continue treatment as recommended. The PEP you started will work even for the second occasion as PREP.
There is no need to start other treatment .
It is better to use condoms .
