you did not mention your age,from how many days you are having this,is there any history of injury?
however it seems to be a muscular pain,just give hot fomentation,apply diclofenac gel,take anti inflammatory medicines, and take physiotherapy sessions,hope your pain will be ok within a week.

I am 27 years old. It was sudden I had terrible sleep because of anxiety last night probably only slept 4 1/2 hrs and then It just came out of nowhere while I was trying to get back to sleep. It has been painful for 1hr 1/2 now hurts to breath deep makes my back feel stiff when I do. I just started taking birth control 3 days ago I don't know if that has anything to do with anything. I also have had "extreme stress" as the last Dr. Had told me and I had high blood pressure the one time they had taken it in January.

this could be due to bad posture while sleeping,its nothing to be done with the medicine you took ,please apply hot fomentation, diclofenac gel,and anti inflammatory for 3 days,and also get physiotherapy if possible.
