Question : Hi doc, i have an arthritis due to elevated uric acid and gout deposit visible on my right elbow, sometimes experiencing gout flares on either left or right extremities...Nevertheles, i am troubled on my left shoulder joint which is in pain when stretch and will be gone after awhile, pain is only when stretch or under stress regardless when i have youth attack or not...thank you

Gout is unlikely.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Gout rarely affect shoulder joint and joints of upper limb. Gout commonly affect small joints of foot especially the big toe. Your symptoms are unlikely related to gout.
Possible causes like osteoarthritis or musculoskeletal pain must be ruled out.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists I suggest you to get an MRI scan.

Hello Doc, I am now taking Zerodon 100mg(aceclofenac)once a day, avail here in Phils for 3 days, my conditio improved where i can reach my back with no pain, how long can i take this? i stopped my colchesin and continue febuxustat.thank you...
