Question : Hi Doctor i have to go to toilet 6 times a day since 4 years and also have pain near right side of navel i have also done with colonoscopy in December 2018 plz guide as if something is serious in my reports

your reports shows some mild swelling in some parts of intestine but the biopsy report shows nothing to worry about.
Worthwhile getting stool routine, occult blood and modified Zn stain on two different occasions and see if there is any infection.
Also worthwhile getting an thyroid and cbc done if not done earlier.
Worthwhile trying following things and see how you feel.
1) go for regular walk
2) increase dietary fiber
3) do regular yoga or pranayam and relaxation techniques
4) avoid straining for stools
5) avoid stress and anxiety and regularize your lifestyle including sleeping habits.
