Question : I’m getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow morning, and I’m nervous for it because I’m going under anesthesia for the first time and I’m a marijuana user, and I took 20mg of adderall yesterday morning(not prescribed). I’m a 19 year old female, athletic, very healthy, but I’m having a lot of anxiety and I’m not sure what to tell the anesthesiologist/if I’m making a bigger deal out of this than it needs to be.

First, there is no need to worry about all this since you are not the first one who took some substances or medication prior to dental procedure. This is everyday issue. Probably, the procedure won't be postponed but you should definitely tell about Adderall intake since it may require different dosage of medications. Marijuana is not big deal. Wish you good health.
