Question : I've always had 1-2 migraines a month. I've taken a few hard falls here recently while out playing sports and the migraines have become much more frequent (as well as general headaches).
I've always had my migraines and headaches in the same spot (just under my right eye, heading straight back through to the back of my head).
I woke up this morning with a light headache and my right under eye is puffy. I was wondering if this is something that I should be concerned about/get checked out in person.

Brief Answer:
No need to get checked in person.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that the puffy under right eye is probably caused by lack of sleep because of the headache.
You can attach a photo in reports in order that I can see it and evaluate it better.
You may need to use ice compresses on the right eye to reduce swelling.
Also use ibuprofen or acetaminophen for headache and swelling under eye.
I don't believe that this is much serious or something that you should get checked in person.
Hope I have answered the question.
