Detailed Answer:

Hello,

These symptoms are most likely because of your increased stress and anxiety levels.

Stress or anxiety triggers our sympathetic system which in turn increases heart rate as well as blood pressure which in turn causes unease sense of fatigue or exhaustion, this becomes a viscous cycle.

It’s important to control your stress levels and this can be done with the help of yoga/meditation. If that doesn’t work then medicine along with behavior therapy is the next approach.

Just relax and things will settle for you. And also if you are not a diabetic then kindly get your HBa1C levels checked.

Hope to have been helpful.
