Question : My bp is 186/90. What should I do?

Your blood pressure vales are significantly high, for this reason, it is important having some rest.

A glass of lemon water juice can help.

If these blood pressure values persist, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests.

In the meantime, 1 tab of caproprio or nifedipine to help lower blood pressure values immediately.
