Brief Answer:
Polypectomy help.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Following is my reply:
1) Polyp is a small growth in the uterus which causes intermittent bleeding from uterus.
2) Your menstrual cycle are irregular as you have approached menopause. If there is no bleeding / periods, dont worry about it. This is your menopausal period.
3) If bleeding becomes excessive please see your gynecologist and request for a polypectomy ( Surgical removal of polyp) which will solve issue of excessive bleeding.
