Brief Answer:
could be from neck ,Shoulder or cardiac pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion pain in left shoulder running down the arm could be due to a cervical disc . a frozen shoulder or could be cardiac pain. If there is no or restricted movement in the shoulder joint , it is likely to be due to frozen shoulder, if pain increases on walking then cardiac and if there is pain in moving the neck- it is likely to be due to cervical disc.
I suggest pain killers and investigations . Please get your ECG , X ray neck and shoulder. Physiotherapy may help.
Hope this answers your query. I have told very briefly the possibilities.
