Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Well, please try and give us the duration of the symptoms, what improves and what worsens them. This will help us provide further useful details...
Also, please describe if you're experiencing this for the first time, how are the bowel habits, any history of constipation or indigestions...Are you taking any medications for any medical concerns?
At present, based on your descriptions, I'd suggest you take a mild painkiller like Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg stat (just for now) along with an antacid/PPI like Cap PANTOPRAZOLE-DOMPERIDONE (40/30)mg (eg. PAN-D)..
Just observe how you stay after this..if despite this there's any further worsening/persistence of symptoms, please don't delay any further and visit your nearest ER/hospital for a prompt check-up and a few investigations in the first place (USG-whole abdomen along with CBC, Electrolytes, ECG, LFT, KFT, amylase, lipase and a few others)..Treatment can be done based on the findings..
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Take Care
Kind Regards
