Probably primary headaches should see your Neurologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In my opinion, the first thing to consider is tension-type headaches (a primary headache caused by head and neck contracted muscles ) since both sides are affected by now.
Another condition to consider is occipital neuralgia (compression or pinching of the upper cervical nerves that supply back and top of the head).
In rare cases, headaches may herald other neurological conditions such as increased intracranial pressure, but in such cases, other neurological symptoms are present too.
So, if you are experiencing only headaches without any other symptoms, you shouldn't worry much.
However, I'd suggest you see your Neurologist and to discuss your issues in order to get a correct understanding of your condition.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.
