Hi,

For general pimple related issues I would recommend salicylic acid face wash to help control break outs and to rule out underlying hormonal issues such as PCOD, use of other medications and any dandruff issues. I would recommend to restrict milk, sugar foods during active breakout to control the breakouts. If the pimples are cystic with pus, I would recommend a dermatologist opinion for further medication.
