Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

From the available description I feel she was more ill rather than a criminal. I understand that the warrant for her arrest was pending but the kind of behavior shown by her indicates possibility of psychosis, paranoid psychosis to be more precise.

The kind of suspiciousness exhibited by her (people are filming through plug ins, stopped treatment despite obvious benefits due to thinking that there is conspiracy) is very common with people with paranoid psychosis rather than criminals.

Although it is never possible to comment without knowing full details, but the available description indicates that the warrant was a coincidence rather than the cause of abnormal behavior.

I hope this helps you to understand. Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards
