What Should I Do About Recurrent Dizziness For The Past 10 Days When Diagnosed With MS?

Question: Yes, please. I have been dizzy for about 10 days. Dizzy enough to fall into window sills, walls and the shower. I am not dehydrated. My hemoglobin is in the 14 point range, however my platelets are low. I do have MS. What should I do? I do not have fluid in my ears. My primary care physician didn't recommend anything. Can you lead me to the right type of professional? I am actually wondering if I should get a CT scan of my brain.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Vertigo of short duration may occur due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
In case of multiple sclerosis, possibility of new demyelinating plaque can also be a cause.
Get examined by a neurologist or ENT specialist.
Brain MRI will be better than CT if lesion suspected in brain on clinical examination.
