You need to consult a orthopedic surgeon and get treated about it. He may prescribe allopurinol or Febuxostat after controlling the pain with pain killers.

32 is high level for uric acid. You should avoid foods that raise uric acid like alcohol, meat, seafood. Also drink cleaner water
