Brief Answer:
Take ORS

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Watery diarhea, nausea and cramps abdomen after first dose of Z pack, means Z pack to be discontinued.

Now in severe abdominal cramps, medicines are to be taken carefully. Firstly loperamide or other antidiarheal can make things worse, so must be avoided. Since it happened after antibiotic, antibiotics will not be effective.

We are left with regular ORS intake in clean drinking water. It must be taken after every vomiting, loose motion or whenever thirsty. Amount of ORS to be driven by thirst. For vomiting you can take any anti-emetic at home like gravol etc. If you need to buy then you can get Ondansetron. Ondansetron is to be taken 2 times a day. Eat whatever you feel like eating, preferably liquid foods. Avoid raw foods.

If pain abdomen gets worse, please visit ER or doctor.
