Brief Answer:
Either herpes or yeast infection, answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There are few possibilities: either herpes or yeast infection.
I need to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of your symptoms?
Was this rash preceded by tiny fluid filled blisters?
Are you having pain, burning or itching on this rash?
Are you sexually active? If yes is there any history of vaginal discharge or itching in your partner?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards,
Dr. Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Herpes most likely, oral antiviral & topical antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
According to your complaints, it seems to be herpes most likely.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral antiviral like tablet aciclovir 400 mg thrice daily for 5 days and apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
