Question : I have a history of strept throat and I'm out of town. With symptoms is there a way to get antibiotic please

If you have a medical history of strep throat antibiotics are probably needed for the treatment.
We can not give online prescribed medication in this platform. A physical examination is needed before taking antibiotics.
So, I would suggest you go to the emergency room for the prescription.
Meanwhile, you can take the anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
I also suggest to drink liquids and gargle with salty water for relief.
