Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Urinary retention is the complaint you have now. Is this new thing or you have suffered for long time?
Are you using medications for any other problem? Are you sexually active?

Generally UTI is the most common reason for urinary retention, but menopausal symptoms are sometimes a reason for older women.
Since you had already tried various methods at home and still not successful, I suggest to get urine microscopy examination and may be a speculum vaginal examination as well.
I suggest to meet a local Gynecologist who can do the above examination and prescribe you right medication.

Regards
