Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It s a normal report.

Only vitamin B12 ad D are deficient. There also seems to be iron deficiency. Though anemia is not evident. Its mostly because of vegetarian diet that you may be taking.

You can take the following supplements:
- Syrup Dexorange 1tbsp 2 times a day and rinse mouth after taking syrup. You can take it for 1 month.
- Tab Neurobion plus 1 tablet two times daily for 3 months. This is for B12 deficiency. If yours is a vegetarian diet, then you can continue this tablet for as long as possible (1tablet per day).
- Syrp Osteocalcium 1 tbsp per day for 3 months. Watch out for any symptoms of vitamin D excess like muscle spasm, constipation, muscle weakness, etc.

You can repeat complete blood count, vitamin D, B12 levels after 3 months of taking supplements.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
