Brief Answer:
Probably hyperthyroid symptoms, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

In my opinion your symptoms seem to be related o hyperthyroidism.
Hyperthyroidism is usually characterized by sweating episodes and muscle cramps.

Some examinations that should be done to confirm the diagnosis are:
- TSH level,
- Ft4 and Ft3 blood levels

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without these examinations. After the results you can contact me again for further evaluation.
Meanwhile, for the pain and cramps you can use over the counter pain killer such as ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
You can also use heat pads for local relief.

Hope this answers your question.
Please let me know if you need further clarification.
