Brief Answer:
This appears to be sore muscles; nothing sounds serious

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This probably indicates that you have hurt your muscles .The muscles of the upper back seems to be sore. As these muscles are used During breathing and sneezing so the pain with it is understandable. It may take few days for the muscles to be normal. you can use paracetamol for few days.

If possible X-ray of the chest would be very fine just to rule out any bone or lungs problems. Though if you have no cough, no shortness of breath and no difficulty in breathing; lungs involvement is very unlikely however if it was possible getting and X-ray done is always good to be very safe. If you have lot of cough or any difficulty in breathing, then you should urgently go to ER but things appear good from your story.

Regards
