Question : chest pains after eating
Brief Answer:
Chest pains always need to be taken seriously, please get an ECG done
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Any chest pain, whether after or before food should not be taken lightly so I suggest you to visit a nearest hospital where you can get an ECG done urgently.
If the ECG is normal, then you might have to get some blood tests like CKMB, Trop-I and Trop-T to confirm that the pain is not due to heart.
If eeverything comes back normal, then the pain is most likely due to irritation in the stomach and that can be treated with Capsule. Omeprazole 20 mg taken twice a day for 10 to 15 days.
I hope that helps you.
Best regards
