Brief Answer:
It can be an lower respiratory tract infection(LRTI)

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It can be an lower respiratory tract infection.
As of now you can take over the counter available drugs like paracetamol for symptomatic relief. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Expectorant cough syrups can be taken to control cough and it will help you to let out mucus and secretions.
You can wait for couple of days for spontaneous recovery. If symptoms persists, antibiotics may be required empirically.
Thanks
