Pimples or acne can be caused by harmonal imbalance.
Acne is now very much treatable.
Oral medications like antibiotics /isotretinoin/vitamins are helpful.
Topical creams like antibiotics /benzoy peroxide/ retinoids are also effective.
Certain procedure like cryosurgery/chemical peels/ laser also very effective.
A good dermatologist will be able to provide you with all the above options.
